Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Cauji. We specialize in custom-made, print-on-demand products that are produced individually for each order. Please read this refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Custom-Made Products

All products sold through Cauji are custom-made and produced on-demand specifically for your order. Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections
  • We cannot accept returns based on change of mind
  • We cannot accept returns for orders where the customer made errors in customization choices

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged due to manufacturing errors, we will happily assist you with either:

  • A free replacement product (reprint)
  • A full refund of your purchase

To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to defects or damage:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your product
  • You must provide clear photographs showing the defect or damage
  • For issues affecting multiple items with the same design, please provide photos or video showing all affected items in one frame

3. Print Quality and Placement

  • Our products are created using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing technology
  • Print placement may vary by up to 0.5 inches (1.27 cm), which is within industry standards
  • Minor variations in print placement within this tolerance are not considered defects
  • Colors may appear slightly different from what is shown on your screen due to monitor calibration differences

4. Shipping Issues

In cases of unsuccessful delivery:

  • If the package is returned to us, we can offer a reshipment for an additional shipping fee
  • If the package is lost, we will investigate with the shipping carrier and may offer a partial or full refund based on the circumstances

5. Refund Process

When a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • You will receive the refund through your original payment method
  • If the original payment was not in USD, the refund will be processed in the original currency of payment

6. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you believe your product is defective or damaged:

  1. Contact us at info@cauji.com within 30 days of receiving your product
  2. Include your order number in all communications
  3. Provide clear photographs showing the issue
  4. Describe the problem in detail

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse any refund or replacement if:

  • The 30-day notification period has expired
  • Insufficient evidence of defect or damage is provided
  • The issue results from normal wear and tear
  • The product has been altered or washed before reporting the issue
